West Wood (2018)

More Wood than West. Quite classic style, somewhere between Belgian and Murican. Malty, Belgiany base beer with plenty caramel, bit of dried fruit and a relatively light body. Then a solid bourbon BA period gives boozyness, vanilla, wood and bourbon. Nice
