Alex is drinking a Palo Santo Marron by Dogfish Head Craft Brewery on Untappd

From 2018. When I last had a bottle from this cellared batch it was only 1 year old and tasted of bacon. The sweetness has aged out and this is a much more balanced smokey profile now.
