Wow, an IPA I actually think I enjoy! Creamy and juicy, full of zesty exotic and citrus fruits, and finishing with a touch of sweetness that helps tone down the sour and bitterness just enough. Only real detractor for me was the very thick yeast discard.

Surprisingly tangy with a rounded golden malt. Smooth and lightly sweet, but does go ashy and flatten out considerably on the finish. Nice paired with salty snacks, but less satisfying on its own.

Just as advertised - maple and coffee doing a dance all the way through, chocolate sometimes cutting in. Dark, rich, and on the sweet side, this is a nice post dinner beer.

Mmm, super smooth, whiskey more subtle than expected but adds a nice bit of sparkle and is well-blended with sweet toffee and oak. Layers pleasantly reminiscent of the old rum finish.
