Tasting spicy to me now, but brings the tree house profile best of the -ishes.

Great head n feel. Flavor is sorta disjunct. Bitter and hint of molasses. HF classic mineral water profile brings out bitterness. Some orange and herbal notes like liqueurs. Diesel riwaka builds. Lotsa bell/pepper

Flavorings are subtle. Ginger? Def citrusy, bright wild ale. Near juicy. Not super dry or acidic. Lactic and hint acetic acid.

Tropical spicy starburst. Like literal orange extract oil finish. So fruity at 4.2 lotsa coriander-like flavor.

Great saison. Sweet pear taste. Ginger n lime basil are strong, but esters are too. Wrong glass for displaying the bottle-conditioned carb. Not bone dry. Full, buoyant body that is missing in most farmhouse ales. Mild phenols blend with spices well.
