Despite the dry-hop, the malt really shines on the nose and taste. Rustic wheat and cereal grain bite with floral, peppery, and citrusy hops. Great batch, prefer the old label art though! Top-tier as far as Italian-style Pils go. Dry and crisp, crushable!

Nose brings some lemon and grapefruit citrus notes with a hint of melon and pine. Citrus-forward as I find Trillium to generally be these days, biscuity malts. Pretty clean American IPA, not really scratching the West Coast itch...lacks resinous pines.

Vera, Citra, Motueka, and Blanc hops. Very hop forward aroma featuring lots of citrus and white wine with a bit of grassiness. Flavor brings notes of lemon, white grape, spicy grains, grass. Super clean and drinkable. Best JA I've had in awhile. 🍻

Nose brings tropical blasts of pineapple and guava with subtle watermelon and white grape backed with an earthiness. Taste brings a tasty combo of strawberry and shortcake maltiness upfront. Lemony citrus and earthy spice on the back. Solid IPA, juicy.
