Good strong porter. Blackberry only on the nose and adding just enough sweetness to cut the bitter roasted flavors. Coffee and some chocolate are prominent. A little bitter, so it drinks more like a light stout. Very flavorful, so right up my alley.

I was very excited for this beer, since I'm a big fan of Kolsches and I like raspberry. Sadly, this beer leaves me flat. It doesn't taste enough like a kolsch and it doesn't taste enough like raspberry. Just too weak of a taste for me.

Very tasty porter, with rich dark roasted flavors. A little bitter, but not in an unpleasant way. All the flavors of a good stout, but with the lighter body of a porter. I'll keep in the lookout for this again.
