Blend #21 (Feb '19). Been meaning to try WF for ages. Taste is somewhere between good cider and Kombucha. Lightly tart & funky, but mellow.

David Redstone: Very unique. I wouldn't drink it regularly. The high price reflects uniqueness, scarcity , and the long brewing and aging process.
