Worth saving to have as a Birthday beer! Deep deep red wine barrel notes. Dry, wood forward, tannic red wine. Dark red and black plum, victoria Italian plum skins, black berries, black grapes, almost black raspberry. A lil oxidized, but not enough to hurt
