Tilquin always light yet astringent for me. The only time I got into the gueuzerie was Tour de Gueuze 2019, drizzle cooling us while the brewers served their best beverages, finished or in progress. Still seek out Tilquin wherever I am.

Spicy malt flavor forward, but hops bitterness lingers a long time. Reminds me of the Days before the Plague, when we wandered the Bermondsey Beer Mile. Smooth mouthfeel, no extraneous fizz in this cask pour. So clean and easy to drink.
