It is a classic and still reliable. Dark rich and indulgent star anise / liquorice. Tastes like Christmas. A good accompaniment to homemade Katsu curry.

This almost seems too classy to be a cider (Sidro). Wrapped up and bottled like a sparkling wine. A blush cider with a soft sweetness and a prosecco like fizz. Pretty good.
