Molasses and a hint of liquorice. Has some similarities to a wee heavy and mcewans champion but without bubblegum notes. Brown bread crusts. Improving as it warms. Quite malty. It's certainly complex, dark fruits. Would score higher in winter methinks.

It's still getting a 4 even though it's only a 3.75 today because it's not the beers fault it's warmed up too much in the Goodrich beer garden. One of their best beers. Top notch US west coast IPA

This totally blows any UK supermarket US WC IPA out of the water and is very accessible. Your next step up from this is sixpoint / stone. It has a fruity maltiness with the relentless bitter assault on the taste buds. Good job Rob! 👍🏻
