Lovely peach hue, frothy moose like head, medium acidity, creamy mouthfeel accompanied with a wet finish. Strawberry isn't on full blast for me as intended, I believe the acidity takes away from the fruit. Fantastic beer though

Great marketing, great beer. A great primer for rookies of the style. The rum plays so nicely and gently adds complexity to the milk stout. Lactose adds to a velvety mouth feel, coco and coffee play well, even vanilla pops out of this.

Rich bread malt and stone fruit on the nose, off white head that dissipates extremely fast for the style. Amazing pallet with the malt and stone fruit, mouthfeel is silky with champagne esq carbonation. The alcohol is pleasantly dangerous.

Looks like an amber ale, tastes more like Rochefort than Abt12 or Chimay Blue. Caramel, Toffee, molasses, caramelized sugar, beautiful alcoholic presentation given the abv, maybe a touch of hop spice, stone fruits on the back end, medium carbonation.

Obviously smoked, tastes meaty, more along the lines of char on a Boston butt. Caramel from malt helps give this beer a sweet and salty presentation. Just a faint hint of roast on the back end of the sip, wet finish no astringency.
