Nice light and zesty sour. Im almost getting some ginger flavours in this, but it could be my uneducated palate trying to describe lemongrass. Lemon brings a nice amount of tart.

This is a lovely beer. Juicy blackcurrant overpowers the apple but some cider flavours linger. It has a lovely pastry feel to it, almost like a blackcurrant bakewell
Great mixed ferm cherry 90/- from Tempest. Cherry shows up at the front but never overpowers the flavour. More of the amber and caramel flavours on the back end with a hint of bitter liquorice. Not as much funk as I expected but very smooth for 10%
