Ruby red colour, lightly sparkling and clear. Made with a base of Katy apples combined Red Love apple juice to give the colour. Ripe red apple skin aroma. Lots of berries in the flavour. A litt sweet but lovely flavour.

Pale yellow colour, ever so slightly hazy and very gently sparkling. Single variety perry but from an unidentified pear. Strong fresh pear aroma. Juicy pear flavour. Don’t get much else, maybe a little peach, but it’s nice enough.
