Chris Thomas is drinking a Limited Edition No. 34 - Extra Special Bitter by Hope Beer at Dún Laoghaire
Looks and drinks like English bitter. More on the cara malty than hoppy. Mouthfeel very light for ESB but it hides that 5.9abv. Good hedgerow fruit hop aftertaste. Cask would be amazing. As is head more fruity than nettle and CO2 as good as any can small.

Chris Thomas is drinking a Stag Stout (Bottled) by 9 White Deer at Untappd at Home
Dark coffee chocolate nose. Taste adds sweet licorice notes and some deep sweet notes (btl says vanilla). Bit of burnt malt in mouthfeel giving a dry feeling but slight waxy (btl oats). Aftertaste all about that dark dry bitter chocolate finish. A1 craft

Chris Thomas is drinking a Stag IPA by 9 White Deer at Untappd at Home
Fruit salad sweets but dropped in pine needles nose. Bit of that in taste but also a grapefruit bite and pith bitterness. There is a brown malt background but it's a hop forward beer. Good crisp CO2 finish. A bit hoppy for session but good for 2 with food
Purchased at O'Briens Wine

Hardcore hop resin nose. Slightly there in taste but what else is pine pineapple tropical hops, clean light malt bill. The mouthfeel coming from hop resin but gentle CO2 and malt stop from syrup. Drinks like A1 session but the after vapours let you know.
