The honey really comes through well without too much residual sweetness but just enough to keep that honey impression. Light prickle of carbonation. Not bad.

Good and punchy hazy with buckets of mango and pineapple notes. A little sticky sweet in the finish but nice.

Chocolate, coffee, liquorice, leather and a complex funky, barrel essence to it. Really has a lot going on whilst being incredibly drinkable.

Nearly 3 years in and tasting beautifully smooth. Toffee malt notes and some fruity expression from the yeast and what’s left of the hop flavours. Think this is only going to keep improving!
