Good when chilled. Great when comes to cellar temp. Really straight forward when it hit room temp. Chocolate covered strawberry a no brainer here and then bakers cacao as it warmed became dominant.

As mentioned in prior this one was fantastic. Delivered a butterscotch note on the finish that was sublime. Definitely a note of cantaloupe that came right off the bat that evolved to pineapple, then a finish mentioned in first note above.

Solid but hoped for more complexity in this one. What I tried next delivered so maybe just how this was intended and that’s ok.

This was very nice. Still seems thin though but if this being a brewery that is cerveceria in its concept then that’s understood.

Almost 6 years later this shows amazing funk and the blackberries are still very present in this wild ale. Red Currants have mellowed but it gave it some backbone that kept this bottling still showing wonderfully.
