Matt K: Hey, Steven! I'm going to Rome in May; got any tips for me for where to imbibe the best beer?

Steven : Hey Mat. The best place by far is "Ma Che Siete Venuti A Fà." One of the best beer places in all Italy. They usually have a Cantillon on tap

Steven : If you want food there's a place "Bir & Fud" just down the street, with a good beer selection too and eats. I'd go before "Ma Che Siete..."

Steven : And an excellent store "Johnny's Off License Campo de Fiori" is across the Ponte Sisto, just 4 minute walk from Ma Che Siete Venuti A Fà

Steven : They have a good selection of Italian beers to bring home as well as Cantillon and others

Steven : So the essential is Ma Che Siete Venuti A Fà... small space, but good people and beer, and being Rome, you can drink on the street outside

Steven : Also, if you're there for a few days Open Baladin is kind of fun, but staffed by university students who know nothing about beer.
