I've had several triple IPAs and the best ones are danky and exploding with hop goodness. This one is subdued on the hop side of things with a malt profile that unfortunately tames the hops. It is intense, which is good. I've have a lot better and worse.

I'm not sure about this. I can't taste any caramel, nor anything Churro related. It doesn't taste like a stout either. It certainly has a dominating flavor, but what that flavor is, is a mystery to me. I'll give it an E for effort...I guess.
