Como me gusta escanciar la IS, que caiga como un hilillo de plastilina y salga la espuma justa. Densa, cafetosa y punto de cacao. Algo seca y bien de amargor, como las IS de antes. Alcohol muy bien integrado. Salud 🍻🍻
