I'm totally over hazy ipas. Except for this one. I came back for a second six pack of this bad boy. Ridiculously drinkable, flavorful, but restrained enough to be called tasteful.

I guess I had this fresh 5 years ago and in that time, definitely not fruity anymore, much more dry and woody, quite tart and yeasty as well. Tannins galore so it really dries out your mouth. Pours with a huge head. But now I want to try a fresh one again

There's a really great beer buried under all the off-putting booziness and too-ripe fruit taste.

I haven't checked in anything in ages, but it was my birthday beer so might as well. Great strong porter with that classic European malt flavor. Chocolatey and bready.

Aged really well over 4 years. Less hoppy, more smooth, oaky, mild dried fruit, tobacco. Almost like a strong, dark wine.
