Med/hi wood (+raw wood than coconut), med acetic/funky/passionfruit that reminded me of a Geuze, mod/med green apple (brandy, when beer’s almost at room temp), mod body/carb, sub bitt, med/hi astringency, sub/mod tannins, med/hi dry end. Good but wood (+)

Bob Fonseca: (+) be a little subtler, and spicy/phenolic, estery Saison profile, a little more evident. Maybe blending would solve both questions. Bought at Fermentador bar in Porto Alegre.
