First Hopslam of 2021. Awesome as always. Great 🍺 to have when brewing a DIPA. Yes that load of Citra, Mosaic,and Sabro on the right goes at whirlpool. Trying out the OYL Hornindal yeast. Hoping tropical. Olicana hops for bittering.
