Eric Tipton is drinking an Atrial Rubicite (Blend 1) by Jester King Brewery at Untappd at Home
This beer produced over a decade ago. It’s actually quite tart and a bit funky. The nose is rapsberries of the sweet variety but age has given way to tart berries and that funk I love. Still prefer La vie En Rose: same beer but uses spent berries from AR

Eric Tipton is drinking a Blackberry Super Soak by Trillium Brewing Company at Untappd at Home
Awful. Heartburn inducing, tart but in a battery acid kind of way. Brett forward but also, not in a good way. Forward taste is battery acid and band aid/hay. Literally couldn’t get past 6oz. Same as I remember when it was a new bottle in early 2018

Eric Tipton is drinking a La Vie En Rose (Batch 7) by Jester King Brewery at Untappd at Home
I’ve had this bottle since 2018. After 3.5 years I was worried about the taste but this brew is a banger! Turned into a delicious raspberry sour with that clean hint of farmhouse balanced perfectly putting it into my top 10!

Not nearly as good in person on draft as it is in the can. Missing almost all of the PB!

Eric Tipton: Maybe the PB sinks to the bottom of the keg???
Edit from previous rating… as this beer warmed from 40 degrees to around 55, the tartness and carbonation died off in favor of a sweet bubblegum yeast on the lips with sweet raspberry jam. Banger once it warms and breathes! Goddamm!!!
