Rich stout with a great peanut butter and milk chocolate nose; PB, roasted coffee, chocolate notes. Creamy mouthfeel, surprisingly light body, and a touch of hops in the dry finish.

Deserving of the flagship title, wow! IPA with Falconer's Flight, Centennial, Apollo, Eureka, Chinook. Deep tropical fruit nose; bright mixed fruit notes with hints of melon and a fantastic, dank finish. Very nicely dry hopped.

Fantastic, blended barrel aged and stainless mixed fermentation farmhouse ales aged on peaches. Tart peach nose; peach and oak notes with hints of citrus. Acidic with a very nice dry finish.
