fraser graafhuis: Glad we confused you. It’s not meant to be hoegaarden or erdjnger. Just a Belgian wiet with light adjuncts called Erdiggler cause we like the name and might get kiwis drinking something new. Meant to be approachable.
Fri, 02 Jun 2023 11:27:48 +0000 Reportfraser graafhuis: But if I had to pick a beer, it’s Erdinger for me. Subtle yeast, so why not use some light adjuncts? There You have er’diggler.
Fri, 02 Jun 2023 11:32:39 +0000 ReportStephen : I liked the name too, but thought I was buying a German-style weissbier. Perhaps Hoe-gardener would be a better name?
Fri, 02 Jun 2023 11:32:47 +0000 Reportfraser graafhuis: Maybe. It’s more subtle yeast though. Prob should have just done German but been playing round with coriander. done Belgian blonde which just kegged too.
Fri, 02 Jun 2023 11:36:23 +0000 Reportfraser graafhuis: It should say Belgian wiet with coriander on bottle. need to get better
Fri, 02 Jun 2023 11:40:19 +0000 ReportStephen : Did you use Safale WB-06? That's what I was reminded of. I've made some decent Belgian witbiers with it. Apparently it's the Duvel yeast.
Sun, 04 Jun 2023 04:40:45 +0000 Reportfraser graafhuis: We’ve used a few yeasts. Think was wlp380?? But I get mixed up half the time
