I didn’t like this at first but it grew on me a little bit as I drank. There is a unique hop flavor to this. Don’t know if it works great in a NEIPA. Has a lime/citrus flavor. Good amount of bitterness for a New England. It’s alright. Canned on 08/02/23

Collaboration with Foxon Park Soda out of New Haven, CT. This is delicious. I love Birch Beer and this tastes exactly like Birch Beer! You can’t taste the alcohol at all. It’s sweet but not overly sweet. No artificial taste. Amazing. Thanks Ricky !

Smooth with a nice bitterness. Decent hop flavor. Little citrus. Slight sweetness but not a lot actually. This brewery has closed its doors, but Lucky Luke still brews a few of their beers for Wolf Creek’s restaurant that’s still open. 🍻
