I love Black Albert and all of the variants I've tried and this is another one I figured I would enjoy given my love of smoked beer and whisky. I'm really enjoying this as it definitely has a smoked presence while allowing the base to still come through.

I see something I haven't had from dovetail and I have to give it a try. And this is another really solid beer that has a pleasant mix of bready malt sweetness and hop bitterness that finishes dry and clean with a nice smoothness. Yet another winner.

Continuing the #BIL with a classic English example with a twist. The original is an all time favorite and I'm definitely getting some of those notes coming through but the barrel is adding a fruitiness that seems to clash with the base. A bit disappointed
