I guess it tastes pretty much like a Hefe. Slightly seems like something's missing--oh right 🤪 #DryJanuary Edit: whoops, checked in wrong beer; fixed now :P

It does taste like apple strudel with cinnamon. It's a bit bitter in the background, but that's probably better than being too sweet.
