Dude... This is awesome. Best Homebrew RIS I've had. Big roast flavor. Had some sweetness to it, but was not cloying, and it did not linger.

Patrick B: I'm still trying to figure out how to get a big RIS to attenuate out properly. I've tried 3 times and haven't gotten below the low 1.030s.
