Tart, dry, and full of flavor. Nectarine, pickled lemon, roasted pecan, nutmeg, oak, cocoa, patchouli. Saline, a little vinegary but not too strongly so. Earthy, slightly floral. Great balance, complex but easy to enjoy.

Light body, low tang and sweetness. Appleÿ with strong but indistinct berry flavor. Slightly vinous and a little earthy. A little bitter on the finish in a way that I don’t love. But overall not bad.
