Smell of honey and citrus notes caught my attention. It's hard to say what's dominant - the fresh citrus taste, maltiness or the bitter and dry finish? I guess that's what you call well balanced :D I think you got the essence of Amarillo across, Eryk!

Sehr sehr gut. Sauer. Ausbalanciert. Pretty much perfect.
Pretty amazing and bold sour beer by this small brewery close to Potsdam. Shame that some people on Untappd don't seem to get it's a classic (Berliner) Weiße, not a Weißbier.
