Tree is up, time to celebrate with a beer. Pours a deep berry red colour, smells sweet and fruity. Taste is red berries, plum, sweet and obviously sour.

I brought two of these last year, drank one, aged one, this is the aged one. Pours a beautiful deep copper red with a big bubbly white head. Taste is complex with figs, raisins, caramel and toffee coming through. Not overly bitter, nice mouthfeel 🔥
