D H: A nice sage and roasted squash risotto would be my recommendation. Plenty of parmesan.

With a lovely late Autumn sky like this, I’m reminded of beer writer, Michael Jackson, description - A great example of the Munich style. Impenetrably dark with a golden-brown gleam when held up to the light, a warm aroma and malty taste.

Sweet and malty Marzen - the beer is the colour of Autumn. That reminds me, I must do something with my squashes.

A subtle beauty. Raising a glass to my auld fella who loved a ‘dark mild’. - pretty sure 60s & 70s mild never tasted this good. We’ll never know. - again loving the Track harvest festival series of Brewer’s Cut editions. - Boss.
