On est raisin blanc, melon miel, ananas, pomme verte, citron, vinaigre de cidre de pomme, céréale fraiche et poivre. Sèche, bonne tension/aciditée, très belle fraicheur et netteté. Sinon fruité bien intéressant, complexe, prenant et finale bien sèche.
