I was expecting more of a kick. Cognac is there, but not that intense for a BOYD. Good texture, but quite sickly-soy-saucy, especially after stretching it for a few hours. Should be 375 ml, can’t finish it. Been getting worried about Bellwoods lately.

A little disappointed. Not as hoppy as you’d expect from this series and maybe a bit too green. Still a decent NEPA, but I’ve had better from Bellwoods, and definitely from Bas-Canada.

9% ABV for a DIPA is just too much. Boozy and too intense for me. Usual great mouthfeel, though.

Generic. But it’s ok with dolsot bibimbap.

Delicious but as is often the case, a bit too heavy on sugar. And as usual, great texture… but too sweet.
