Started off losing a 3rd of it gushing out the bottle in my sitting room 🤦‍♂️ once under control, I had a glass of deep purply red effervescent beer. Nose is phenolic and citrus. In the mouth it starts with fresh blackcurrant/wine finishing sharply sour
