Pretty neat that I kept this one for a decade and now get to open it as my one thousandth variety of beer recorded in Untappd. This got interestingly piney and woody but still has an almost syrupy dark chocolate sweetness cutting through. Dried fruit gone

Reminds me, logically, of Asahi or Kirin. Crisp, lightly hoppy, and a faint sake-rice undertone. Very drinkable and quite crisp.

Crisp, full ipa that’s almost like a really solid xpa. Getting little hints (tiny hints) of pineapple and passions fruit in this. Really dig it, the hops are solid.

Spicy Pickle Sour Beer by DESTIHL Brewery

I dig this. It’s spicy, a little hint of garlic, and a nice surge of pickle. Honestly it tastes more like pickle brine than any sort of malts or yeast. Honestly, I wish it was spicier.
