Beautiful malty milk chocolate aroma with a hint of coconut. You get a thick chocolately hit of deliciousness. A bit ike liquid Toblerone. It has a sweet, maple like sweetness. Loads of roasty malts, with a lovely warmth from the booze. Top notch.

Raspberry with a hint of sweet cherry, but a huge whack of lime. Fizzy, sharp, lip smackingly sour. But it's a bit too citrusy, and way too sharp. It's still a decent sour though

Second of 2 bottles. This one stored for 26 months. And wow. A whack of cognac, followed by a honey treacle like sweetness. Heavy hit of roasty malts too. Thick, oily mouthfeel. Aged delightfully well.

Thick, fruit filled sour. Smooth to drink with loads of tangy raspberry and creamy mango. Lovely raspberry aroma too. But it did have a slightly salty aftertaste.
