Delicious bitter! I love the complex malt flavor, balanced bitterness and the subtle earthy/meaty undertones from beers like this (the umami being much rarer of course)! High drinkability and very fun! Two pints easy! Just missing a wow factor for me.

Hell yes. Thick as hell and a perfect blend of sour and fruity. Slight carbonation coming through the extremely dense texture, which is nice. Definitely holds it own and deserves the smoothie sour title. No off-flavors and extremely crushable for a sour!

Riwaka night. Probably the thickest and haziest IPL I’ve ever had! Still it does come across as being quite drinkable! You could fool me in a blind test, but the lager yeast does make the flavor profile lighter and more crushable! No off-flavors. Great!

My favorite hop alongside Nectaron. This beer is so distinctive on the nose. It’s got that very typical gasoline/earthy smell you get from Riwaka. Mouthfeel is fair with moderate drinkability. Wish this was slightly more flavorful/dank, but still great!

Very different from my last memory of drinking this. The beer strikes me as very natural and embraces subtlety without being dull or boring. Malt is bready and biscuity (very good depth) and the hops are present enough but not biting. Excellent Pilsner!
