Strong bourbon on the nose, first tastes of molasses, treacle, more bourbon, raisin, oak, then the chocolate comes through, not bitter dark chocolate but creamy milk chocolate (strange I know). Finally the bourbon infused oak rises to a boozy finish. Wow!
