Lars is drinking a Speedway Stout (2016) by AleSmith Brewing Company at Untappd at Home

I was surprised at how smooth this AleSmith has developed. Many of the standout flavors have mellowed. There is absolutely no off flavors present. I’m pleased to have one more bottle in the cellar.

An incredible Dunkel, in enhanced with the German atmosphere and the spot on German cuisine. The red cabbage was reminiscent of my teens. Our German neighbor came to America sometime in the 40s. She was an exquisite cook
