This is the last Virtual Happy Hour before the new year and this week Greg talks with Mike Shannon, National Director for the Ales for ALS brewing program! Join them live as they talk about Ales for ALS, Mike's role, and answer viewer questions!
Mike Shannon is the National Director for the Ales for ALS brewing program that benefits the ALS Therapy Development Institute (ALS TDI) developing treatments and therapies for ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease). Mike has been serving individuals and families in the ALS community for the past 14 years. He feels fortunate to be directing an incredible program that was founded by the Smith family of Loftus Ranches, Yakima Chief, and Bale Breaker Brewing company. The Smith family created Ales for ALS through their direct connection from hops, to brewing, and their familial connection to ALS. The program has raised near $3.5 million in 8 years.
On this Virtual Happy Hour, Greg chats with 4 Hands Brewing (Kansas City, Missouri) brand ambassador & On-Premise Specialist, Jeremy Danner.
Greg sits down with New York based photographer, Paul Shim on the Virtual Happy Hour, to discuss what it is like to capture the world of beer through the lens of his camera.
