An extra kettle hop and extra dry-hopped version of King Julius! Mango, orange, and sweet grapefruit are predominant in the aroma with hints of pineapple and blended tropical fruit juice.

To continue with our 4th Anniversary celebration, we brewed an extra kettle hop and extra dry hopped version of King Julius! The result is an incredibly intense citrus hop blast unlike anything we've experienced here at Tree House. Mango, orange, and sweet grapefruit are predominant in the aroma with hints of pineapple and blended tropical fruit juice. The taste mirrors the aroma with a juicy mouthfeel and a proper bitterness. Fluffy. This beer challenges the sense and rewards the palate as it warms in the glass. Double Barrel Tree of Light is a barrel-aged barleywine ale aged in select bourbon barrels. To capture the myriad of robust notes bourbon offers, after a year of rest this beer was re-racked onto a second round of freshly pulled barrels from some of our favorite makers. A product of time, patience, and carefully studied brewing acumen, this beer has over a decade of learned experience in the making. Pouring a dark hazel color into the glass, notes of sticky toffee pudding, southern baked pecan chewies, and creamy English caramels greet the palate. Aged five years in select bourbon barrels. Originally brewed in February of 2019 and barreled in March of the same year, Quintet is a pure expression of the eldest barrels in our ecosystem. A lot has changed since 2019; the world has undergone a rapid and ongoing transformation. Bridging the gap between then and now in a beer is a bit of magic, and beautifully encapsulates the power of our craft. Like age in us humans, the beer emerges with a few tired edges, but for every dusty note there is a complex chocolate character presented that would otherwise be impossible in a much younger beer. In addition, hints of chocolate wafer cookies, bourbon-soaked candy, and dark chocolate fudge lend texture and heft to this most sage offering. Read Less

Masterfully blended from our best barrels aged between eighteen and twenty-six months old, it carries notes of chocolate candy, sweet vanilla-like oak, tootsie rolls, and baker’s chocolate. It’s elegant, balanced, and intentional—a testament to the artistry and patience poured into each barrel. To elevate this character to new heights, we’ve crafted a limited run of Double Barrel Truth.

This variation was aged for one year in barrels that previously held bourbon, and then re-racked into a second, freshly emptied selection. This secondary aging brings forth robust aromas of toffee ice cream and notes of woody spice. It’s a decadent embrace of everything we love about Truth! Read Less

Galaxy hops to the utmost degree! Notes of citrus peel, tropical smoothies and of course bright sugary pineapple burst from glass!

This is a beer we have tried not to brew for a very long time; it is hard to imagine improving upon Green or Very Green in a way that made it worthwhile. That said, our anniversary season inspires us to do semi-irrational things in the name of curiosity and progress, and for this particular batch of this particular beer, the stars aligned and gave us a truly memorable beer that has its own swagger and individuality. This is a beer that reflects upon the past and energizes us for the future - Juice of the highest order! It has created a palpable buzz here in the brewery. Our most beloved beers here at Tree House are soft, well-rounded, and ridiculously hop saturated while balanced by our trademark fluffy mouthfeel.

Very HHHazyyy is our most flavorful double IPA, and yet it remains effortless to drink. It tastes like overripe peach nectar, pulpy orange juice, and the most delicious fruit cocktail ever.

Spacetime Continuum Ultimate Coconut is the amplified version of our beloved barrel-aged coconut stout. This beer features 100% pure barrel-aged Truth, which was aged for 18-22 months in carefully selected Buffalo Trace barrels.

To create this beer we began by conditioning it upon premium roasted cacao nibs, followed by an extended rest on several hundred pounds of hand-toasted coconut. Lastly, we added a touch of house-roasted coffee to further complement the luscious flavors of chocolate and coconut interwoven throughout.

The resulting beer is a rich harmony of decadent coconut fudge, bourbon brownies, and creamy milk chocolate. We are proud of this beer and hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed creating it. Cheers! Read Less

Its base is a blend of pure barrel-aged Truth, aged for 20–24 months in select bourbon and Caribbean rum barrels. Leading with rich aromas of freshly roasted macadamia nuts and tropical coconut, it gives way to a decadent body layered with notes of dark coconut fudge, macadamia nut brownies, and nutty espresso. In our 14th year, the barrel program has become a continual process of refinement and discovery. An intimate understanding of our base beer, an ever-deepening library of threads to blend from, and the addition of our own distillery barrels and coffee roastery have allowed us to shape our beer’s character with remarkable depth and intention. Macadamia Cocoa Coconut Truth didn't make a bottle because it wasn't magnificent; it didn't make the bottle because we had so little of it.
