It is our first beer and we dedicate it to Konstantin, one of our ancestors, who founded the brew pub "Zum Weissen Rössle" (“To The White Little Horse”) in 1600. We integrated the white little horse on our logo and bottle design in order to remember these far reaching roots. We wonder how he would rate our PALE ALE today...?
