AO: Made 01/04/2011, hoppy american wheat, not the best aging beer. At least no infection, stored cellar temp all that time.

AO: It is. I'm not happy with it at this point. I need to let it age a touch, and see what I can do to get more hop flavor into it.

AO: I'd be interested in hearing more about you you mean. Are you talking hop tea?
Kevin Powers: Stainless Brewing Their dry hopper if the DC is in the keg for aroma. Did you add any post flame out
AO: Hops were at 60m, and a whirlpool hop for [email protected] Dry for 4 days. Aroma is strong, just not enough hop flavor. If that makes sence.
Kevin Powers: Increase the WP amount I would say but not sure what amounts used but less bittering more on WP. I just had that beer too.
Made a Berliner sangria type thing, muddled strawberries and rhubarb.
