Simply Cider is a Market Harborough based artisan real cider producer. Set up by Chris Baker in the Autumn of 2017. Simply Cider use only locally sourced apples that are all hand picked, pressed and blended to create small batches of high quality, great tasting real cider. Using traditional methods of production with natural wild yeasts for a slow fermentation, unique and authentic ciders are created.
