IPA DDH with Mosaic® and Simcoe® Cryo® Can Release 4/5/25 - $19/4-pack Cheater Hops #13: Simcoe-Mosaic was one of our favorite batches of our rotating IPA. Since then we've hopped other IPAs with Simcoe and Mosaic... but always with a chaperone: Citra, Strata, Motueka etc. Finally we gave them an evening to themselves! They balance beautifully with hoppy notes of mango, tropical fruit, pine, and berries.

Pale Ale DDH with Simcoe and Simcoe Cryo Can Release 4/19/25 - $17/4-pack We love single-hop Pale Ales! Rings of Light (Citra) and Danger of Light (Mosaic) have long been in our rotation, but Simcoe hasn't until now! Its bright tropical mango-leaning American hop aroma is fresh and vibrant over a base of barley, oats, and wheat. A bright easy drinking hop-forward beer for springtime warmth and the return of outdoor drinking!

It's assertive, bitter, and loaded with our favorite West Coast hops! Citra and Mosaic both have some "tropical" notes, Columbus really brings the old school herbaceous "stank!"

Hazy IPA DDH with Citra® and Citra Cryo® Can Release 5/3/25 - $19/4-pack Name a more iconic duo than Citra and IPA.. I'll wait. We brewed this new hazy IPA with Citra in the kettle, Citra in the dry hop, and double-concentrated Citra Cryo for a second dry hop. The result is luscious melon, citrus, and vanilla aromatics. Sort of like Rings of Light, but 50% more everything!

Hazy DIPA DDH with Galaxy, Mosaic®, and Mosaic Cryo® Can Release 5/3/25 - $21/4-pack We paired two of our favorite hops (Mosaic and Galaxy) and dry-hopped twice for this new Double IPA! The result is a gigantic tropical hop aroma, with subtle bitterness balancing the malt sweetness. We used the Conan strain to push stonefruit aromatics. Otherwise it’s what you expect from us: hazy, juicy hops, and soft oatiness.
