What is the Untappd Shop?
The Untappd Shop allows you to purchase a specially curated box of beer. Please note that this web experience has specific limitations and is a simplified version of our typical shopping experience found in the Untappd App. If you’re looking to browse and buy more than just a box, please shop on the Untappd App which can be downloaded via the App Store or Google Play store.
Can I purchase multiple items or browse other products?
No, this checkout experience is solely for purchasing a curated beer box. You cannot search, browse, or add any other products to your cart at this time.
Do I need an Untappd account to make a purchase?
No, this is a guest checkout experience. There is no log in, and you do not need an Untappd account to make a purchase.
Will my order be visible in my Untappd account?
No, orders made through this guest checkout experience will not appear in your Untappd account order history. This experience is separate from the app and does not link to your Untappd account at this time.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you currently ship?
Alcohol shipping laws in the United States vary from state to state. Please check the ZIP code you wish to ship to on the item’s page for shipping availability.
Can you ship to PO boxes, FPO, or APO boxes?
No, we can only ship to residential and business addresses.
Can you ship outside the United States?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship outside the United States.
How do you ship your products?
All shipments are delivered in protective packaging for safe arrival and sent via either UPS or a local or regional carrier to ensure the contents arrive and can be signed for by an adult over the age of 21.
Is there an adult signature required for delivery?
Yes, a signature of an adult that is 21 years of age or older is required. If an adult with proof of age is not available to sign for the package, the package will not be delivered.
What happens if my shipment arrives damaged, doesn’t arrive at all, is incorrect or incomplete, or I need to change my shipping location?

Can I ship an order to a friend or family member?
Yes! Share the love of beer! The person receiving the beer order must live in a state where we can ship beer and have proof of age, 21+, to accept the delivery.
I missed my delivery! What should I do?
Your beer is being delivered by UPS. They will make multiple attempts to deliver. Create an account with UPS to track shipments and/or rearrange delivery.
Order and Shipping Information
How will I receive order confirmations and shipping information?
All order information and shipping confirmations will come via email from our fulfillment partner, Half Time. Tracking information will be sent to you in an email from UPS.
How can I check my order history or order status?
You cannot check order information on the website or in the Untappd app if you purchased via the website. All relevant order information will be sent to you via email.
