Note: Oysters were used in the brewing of beer, but only their shells, which contain a high amount of minerals and lend them to the resulting beer (meat of oysters did not go into the beer). Read Less

Triple NEIPA, 23° Plato, 9.3% ABV. Česká kooperace. Završujeme sérii českých kooperací roku 2023 ve velkém! Join, or Die. byla jedna z prvních českých zakalených IPA, kterou Zichovec a Sibeeria uvařili ještě kdysi v roce 2017. Teď jsme ji posunuli ještě o krok dál. Každý z nás dvou vaří svoje hazy piva jinak a pro tuhle Triple NEIPU jsme zkombinovali svoje varní postupy tak, abychom vytvořili silné nachmelené pivo, které zároveň nebude příliš sladké. Můžete se tak těšit na extra světlé, zakalené pivo s vyšší hořkostí i nasycením a kombinací klasických chmelů Citra, Mosaic, Ekuanot a Galaxy - to znamená meruňky, broskve, trocha žvýkaček a špetka jehličí.

The final Czech collaboration of 2023 is here and it is a big one – Join, or Die was one of the first Czech hazy IPAs that Zichovec and Sibeeria brewed together back in 2017. Now we decided to revisit it and push it a step forward. Each of us brews the hazies differently, so for this triple NEIPA we combined our approaches to create a beer in between our brewing styles, but most importantly a massive, hop-forward beer of 10 % ABV that won’t be cloyingly sweet. Expect super pale, hazy beer with higher bitterness, higher carbonation and a classic combo of Citra, Mosaic, Ekuanot and Galaxy, meaning apricots, peaches, some bubble gum and a touch of pine.
